Abstract: Xi’an was the capital of Han Dinasty. It has a very long history and a massive culture. Also, it has plenty of tourism resources of Han culture. Through a summarizing research of tourism resources of Han culture, the author found that it has several problems such as low level utilization rate, lack of characteristic souvenirs and poor management, etc.. To solve the problems mentioned above, the author raised a whole analysis to help developing, protecting and advertising for the tourism resources of Xi’an city. Thus to aim at a higher-brow tourism culture for Xi’an’s tourist industry.
